I think Locker is the second best QB in the nation behind Bradford in terms of pro qb's. I wouldn't be dissapointed with Colt McCoy though.
The Skins could set their sights higher than Locker if they dont turn it around, they might get Bradford

Clausen had more touchdowns and yards overall today than Locker, didn't he, despite his one interception? Not to mention Locker was sacked several times according to the stats.
